OP, what state are you in? answer vaguely, do not give specifics. Everything is spectacle. meaning, cognitions, or ego mind -- how programming controls your perceptions, is done through either pictures or words. You think in the language of your culture for instance, or visualize in pictures. So you must learn not to be evoked emotionally from these spectacles. Everything is energy, and holographic. So the spectacle is illusion, meant to sap energy from everyone through the life experience. Mind control just intensifies the energy suction for someone, or something's singular benefit. You must learn to be an artist of the mind, and with imagination control and create images, rather than let something else create them. If bad images or words appear, simply learn to make them disappear. Be lazy to the visuals and thoughts, do not respond -- it's really the same as a horror movie. It means you have to give the body, or avatar little significance and recognize that the body is not you. That is their primary control. That is why Nazis and such were torturing people, to see who could have the "will" to control the force around them, the energy fields. People identifying solely with the body -- most people -- fail. They are always looking for better magic. magic is science to them. And they are right.
