Yes, a senior athlete with no prior record was locked up for months. It ruined his prospects for college, ruined his friendships and relationship with his girlfriend. He committed suicide not long after he was released. I think it was for somehting minor like vandalism or a fight at a party. He shot himself in the heart. Imagine the pain it takes to kill yourself that way.

The judge is a monster. There are many like him in the judicial and law enforcement. Lord knows private contractors are parasitic monsters as well.

Our gangster government is slam full of psychopathic, parasitic monsters.

The Bush politicians, Cliton politicians and obama all need to go the way of the dinosaur ..... or perhaps it would be better said that they all need to go the way of Sadam.

Re: There's a price on YOUR head - Private Prisons Want YOU
so i took a look on wikipedia:

"Corrections Corporation of America is a company that owns and manages prisons and detention centers and operates others on a concession basis. The company is the largest private corrections company in the United States."

"Corrections Corporation of America (CCA) was founded on January 28, 1983 by Tom Beasley, Doctor Robert Crants and T. Don Hutto."

None of their names has a wikipedia link.

But i found an article about Crants and Beasley.

[link to www.southcoasttoday.com]

"He (Crants) started Broadcast Management Services Inc., building and selling cable TV stations until Jan. 23, 1983, when his old West Point roommate walked in.

"Tom (Beasley) came bursting into my office and said 'Why don't we privatize the county jail?"' Crants said.

Beasley was thinking cost-effective corrections; Crants liked the idea of no competition.

"Think of it. There are five television stations in Nashville and only one county jail. It's really the ultimate franchise." He sold off the TV stations and CCA went from idea to reality within months.
