The specifics of these cases and deaths have not been publicly released, but authorities insist that the situation is serious enough to warrant a series of at least three conjunctive aerial sprayings throughout Dallas County, including in Highland Park and University Park. The chemical product being sprayed is known as Duet, an "advanced dual-action mosquito adulticide" that contains both sumithrin, the active ingredient in another mosquito pesticide known as Anvil, and prallethrin. Both chemicals are known to be highly-toxic neuropoisons that target not only mosquitoes, but also bees, bats, fish, crickets, and various other animals and insects. |

Want your boys to be gay? Want to get fatter? Want to smell that? There ARE better ways to reduce mosquito populations. Promoting housing-habitat and feeding-stations for Bats and birds are one of them. Mutated mosquito releases are another (ie: males that don't bite and produce dead offspring). Dare to dream |

This means there is no proof West Nile disease exists. And this fact has been known for years. Scientists don't like to talk about it. It's extremely embarrassing. The West Nile virus has never been isolated. "Isolated" means discovered. This is a simple notion. Just as you can ask whether an explorer on a ship, journeying to the tip of South America, ever arrived, you can ask whether researchers ever found the West Nile virus. The answer is no. Sorry, I've had it & it sucks. Took me out for 6 weeks. I developed osteoarthritis after getting it. vaccinefreehealth blogspot com The risk far outweighs any benefit as the risk will vary from child to child. facebook.com/graphixyourway |

It's been isolated, discovered, call it what you will for years before it ever came to North America. Now if you want to discuss the conspiracy that BROUGHT it to North America, you might really have something. |

OK then post in your real name and point to the documentation of the DNA sequencing coupled to statistics of who got sick. Don't got that? From your own link: "Signs of West Nile virus infection are similar to those of other viral infections. There may be no specific findings on a physical examination. However, up to half of patients with West Nile virus infection may have a rash. Tests to diagnose West Nile virus include: Complete blood count (CBC) Head CT scan Head MRI scan Lumbar puncture and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) testing" In other words there's no virus DNA sequencing going on - only a collection of symptoms from otherwise already compromized individuals. Certainly not compelling enough to condone spraying poision all over the place. Song-bird and bat housing with supplemental feeding would be more organic and reasonable. But spraying will just give your boys more moobies, more of them will be gay and the girls will bleed and BITCH all the more. Why are people so ready and willing to go along with destructive poison spraying? Dare to dream |

I am not the AC you are replying to, however, the following link may be of interest to you: [link to www.emedicinehealth.com] Part of the article states: Since the initial 1999 New York City outbreak, the cases of West Nile encephalitis have been relatively limited. In 2002, there were a total of 480 reported cases in humans and 24 deaths (as of August 28, 2002). The distribution of the virus has spread across the United States, as determined from surveillance of infected birds by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. In a little more than a year, West Nile spread to 11 states along the East Coast. In 2002, the virus spread to Florida, Arkansas, Louisiana, and Texas. Cases are also being seen in the Dakotas, Colorado, Nebraska, and Wyoming. Whether West Nile encephalitis will present a serious health risk to the United States in the future is unknown. Using precautions directed at limiting contact by mosquitoes is the best preventive measure at this time.
