It might be true, I don't know, I don't care. But this was not created on a typewriter. In 1966, no typewriter could make a perfectly straight line of type. At least one letter, usually more, would be lower or higher. The spaces between the words and the letters are also perfect with no changes. The MEMORANDUM word...no one would have bothered to create a document that said only that and used it for a letterhead. Plus, confidential? That's the lowest level of classification. FAKE>
