Yes ...have tried it....its NOT something u want to do if you need to lose weight.
You have to change your eating habits!!!! Eat 5-6 small meals a day....NO SUGAR- NO FLOUR- NO BREAD- NO STARCHY FOOD.......LOTS OF FRUIT AND VEGGIES....LOTS OF WATER AND MOST IMPORTANT OF ALL.....EXCERCISE!!!!!
My daughter is a registered dietician and she says all the time calories in....calories out!!!!
You need to eat about 1500-1600 calories a day and KEEP YOUR CARBS UNDER 70 GRAMS PER DAY!!!!!! COMBINE THIS WITH FAST WALKING AND THE WEIGHT WILL FALL OFF!!!.....
IF U NEED. A sweet....i bought small souffle cups/ ramikins and if i want ice cream.....i use the souffle cup. That way i dont splurge! If i want a cookie ...i eat 1. Chips.....5 chips. I dont deny myself, that way i wont cheat...
have gone from a 15/16 to a size 3/4 in under 5 months.....Ive found the most important thing is excercise!!!! Even when i am dog tired when i come home...i FORCE myself to start it ...and 5 min. Into the dvd I FEEL AMAZING!!!!
GOOD LUCK!!! REMMBER .....ITS A LIFE CHANGE!!! if u do the master ckeanse u will only gain back what u lost PLUS put on another 10 lbs! nEver put ur body in starvation mode. It holds onto food and burns it much slower because its afraid it wont be fed...so it hordes!!!!

Thank you for your reply. I find the hardest thing is making time for myself. Added 10lbs over the summer, all pizza and carbs! I don't have a sweet tooth, but savory carbs are bad and this year a lot more drinking.

I slacked big time this summer, argh.
