Thank you for posting this! I have a friend stationed over there, and with your info had a chance to get a stay safe message out.  No problem, Glad I could give you a heads up. Typhoon Tembin ripped through Taiwan yesterday. The Pacific is having one heck of a time with Typhoons. Heavy Typhoon TEMBIN SWEPT Taiwan on Friday Morning, 24 Aug 2012 [ link to youtu.be] It has been a really busy year for them all up and down the coast of Asia. Several have come inland.
