Here's what happened. I was at the bus stop and was walking back and forth talking. While I was stopped I was standing in the entrance exit of a plaza, but there was room to go around if it was so important. So this guy comes up right behind me and lays on his horn. I point to my chest and mouth "my bad" and nod while I step out the way. He rolls up, rolls down the window and yells "YOU ARE IN THE WAY". I said "OK I SAID MY BAD" and he procedded to pull a bag on his lap and pulled his gun. At that point I said, "OK WHAT ARE YOU GONNA DO, SHOOT ME?" while I stared at him. He looked at me and just rolled off.

Yeah, made no sense, but some would say he was justified...

People should realize there's good advice here.

If someone pulls a gun on you, sometimes yo can all them on it. They think just cuz they have a gun everyone will be scared shitless & do whatever they say, some people even will throw money at them without the guy ever saying anything.
