That definitely makes sense...I wish I had a bit more of a scientific mind to understand whether this bacteria breaching salt domes is a possibility....it definitely does seem so now that they are saying hydrocarbons have breached the bottom of the cavern. It is possibly eating through everything..

IT would also mean that the SPR are worthless...no-one will want oil contaminated with a bacteria that is consuming the very product they are buying!....

It just seems to me to be a way that ties in to a really big picture that would threaten the stability of the USA. And I am also betting that if this is the case...they are going to try and create a false flag as an explanation to sell to the public as to what has happened...

OH and found this which sums up the tie to Assumption nicely..

The Bayou Choctaw Strategic Petroleum Reserve is located 12 miles southwest of Baton Rouge in the Atchafalaya Basin (30.316654, -91.307976). It is one of 4 major petrochemical storage sites(the other 3 are in Texas). It holds 73.2 MMB in 6 caverns - 22 MMB sweet and 52 MMB sour.

How big would a cavern be that can hold that much oil? So f you look at its location and size underground I wonder how far away it would be in reality? Apparently they are hush hush on it 'exact' location....

ALso, thinking about it of course the Reserves could have been deliberately sabotaged too...

That circular lake looking thing at Bayou Choctaw appears to have been there for quite some time as is in images from early 2000's too....so not show how or when that formed...maybe man made?

I have read somewhere about plans to R&D hydrate farming in the gulf. Apparently it gathers in mounds on the seabed. Can't find the source I read. They were going to attempt to artificially incubate the formations.

An acre is appox 211 by 211 ft. a football field is 300 ft long and I'm not sure how wide. So 4 acres would be approx 400 by 400 feet. sk
 Quoting: seeker2

Seeker2 could you please clarify the math on the hole's current dimensions as it's a bit confusing: if one acre = 211 by 211 ft., would 4 times that be 211 x 4 = 844 by 844 ft.?
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 17382291

Each side would be 2 x 211 not 4. 2x2=4

4x4 would be 16 acre. :: for example, for dots but only two along each side. sk

and to all, be aware that the problems are not just in LA

look at the water wells contaminated with nat gas all over

[link to www.google.com]

PA,OH,NY,TX, the list goes on

it is being blamed on fracking of the shale layers, but, it also could be that tptb know about the gas pressure buildups and for the last 3+ years they have been trying to bleed off the pressure, and make themselves money

I am currently in nys and smelled gas leaking as we crossed a shale creek 3 hours ago. asked who i was riding with they said, oh just gas leaking, does it all the time
and his well tastes like sulfur

USA wide people, start looking closer to home and say something (at least to us)

this could be something way worse than the sinkhole

@dr

I think you are correct in all of us looking closer to home, but as I have pointed out before there may be another reason for the increased pressure other than sythia's infiltration. Not saying it isn't synthia but it is always best to keep an open mind to other possibility. Such at the earth heating up due to space weather, as the other planets are. This heating according to the posts you have posted, would cause and increase in pressure everywhere that hydrates exist. And the people in the know are trying to bleed off the pressure in a variety of areas, while making a profit at the same time. Just another possibility and fits with most of the known facts, ie volcanic activity, and eq's the world is experiencing. Of course there is the possibility of both things contributing to the increases we are seeing. sk

Thread: ***TRIPLE THREAT***Jack Reeds Theory--Sink Hole, New Madrid, St. Lawrence Seaway

Reed, a retired Texaco geologist-geophysicist who has been studying the region's geology for over 40 years, says the accepted theory of a quiet geologic evolution of the Gulf of Mexico Basin is fundamentally flawed and needs to be revised.
According to him, the Gulf was and is tectonically active -- and it is the likely origin for not only the New Madrid seismic activity, but also for the Middleton Place-Summerville seismic zone near Charleston, S.C.

Weird...I had just read this article yesterday...hmm.

Indian Ocean earthquake may have triggered others around the globe, scientists say

"While the April 11 quake was powerful — magnitude 8.6 — it was more notable for being the strongest observed of its kind, Stein said.

The most forceful earthquakes usually happen at the boundaries between tectonic plates, when one of them violently slides under another. But the April 11 quake was produced by rupturing inside a plate, like a stone cracking when compressed. That set seismic waves shooting around the planet multiple times before finally dying away. “The whole earth was vibrating like a bell,” Stein said.

These waves were of a type more likely to destabilize potential earthquake spots than the ones set off by other types of earthquakes, he said. Most of the earthquakes after April 11 were found in the tracks of those waves.

Minutes after the quake, it was already clear to geologists that it was extraordinary in many ways. Earthquake researchers around the world raced to best characterize it.

“What immediately struck us was the unusual location of such a big quake,” said Thorne Lay, professor of earth sciences at the University of California at Santa Cruz, a co-author of one of three articles in Nature about the quake. Normally, a quake of this type is caused by a rupture along a single line. But this was a messy event, rupturing at several places and in different directions at once, Lay said."

Yes, it is amazing the number of animal die offs around the world. Were it only happening in the Gulf states I would got with it being a local problem, but it is occurring around the world. It would seem that as we progress into the plasma cloud it will continue to have a heating type of effect on earth. Heating causes the release of various gases both on land and in the sea. We are also seeing a shift in the magnetic pole which effect the ability of animals to navigate. Strange days. sk

I don't think that the bubbling gases is just a local problem either, it is just gas escaping in a area with lots of water, we are hearing reports from around the country of people smelling things such as sulfer coming up from the ground. It would seem that the earth is being pressurized and is venting gases in a variety of locations.

The whole global warming CO2 movement may have been on one level just an attempt to hide the fact of a naturally heating of the earth based on our space environment. And you know them they will never let an opportunity to make money go to waste, can you say carbon taxes. lol sk

Interesting map, and most of the incidences seem to be focused on the new madrid fault. I think they left out some world wide events that I have read about. It would seem to me from looking at the map they have another thing in common and is the amount of seismic and volcanic activity that is associated with most of these areas. A precursor to EQ's is the release of various gases such as radon. Release of gases in the air and water would explain some of these deaths. sk

What is the message you are taking from this thread? or from the authorities not wanting a meeting w/the residents? or the non telling of what is in that dome? or how the people there did NOT hear any seismic alarms even when they did...what do you get out of that??? or from the ones who came here and tried to tell everyone that something was seriously wrong, but the info could not be gotten out easily?? Does that not indicate that someone knows something???? or does it indicate that no one knows a thing?? ..watch, watch, watch...Formed my opinion from what I have read about the whole situation.......but yes..I do believe what is wrong is known..and it is out of their control..but once again..that is my opinion.

Yep Dangerwaht, I was wondering when it was compiled and now you have answered the question, thanks. It is a great starting point. I was thinking that perhaps all the earth changes that are taking place might be a good this. In that TPTB are probably hesitant to go forward with war plans, if some unknown catastrophe is looming in the future. They know there is a potential for something major to occur just not where and when.

East Texas here again. Because of yesterday's issue with the static IP being compromised, I seriously advise all not to trust what comes from AC/1956 (can't remember the whole number). This is being addressed but any legit info will no longer be coming from me on that IP. I will return to it in the future once the current issues are past, IF the are. Some will choose to trust me, some wont, I can't control that, I would only say this: the voices (all of them) warning you have been RIGHT...haven't they?
