Today they were drilling where number 9 is. If you look at the monitor location map, [link to www.edsuite.com] there is a color code with that color circled around each monitor and the monitors are numbered. Number 9 went crazy this morning, consistent with drilling. And the deeper they got, the less activity showson the graph, which makes sense to me.

Number 1, labeled Bayou Corne has a lot of activity too. That may be where they are putting the second well tomorrow. The graph for tomorrow should reflect that for comparison. I don't see where any of the monitors have been down all day, especially the Bayou Corne one. No LA01.

Just in case no one knows this, steroids often lower immunity ALOT and at the same time will often mask an infection making it harder to know when someone is actually sick.

Looks like the incubation period on this type of meningitis is 2-28 days.

Aspergillus-anyone want to guess who might be connected to this particular fungus that is causing the meningitis???

The simultaneous publication of three Aspergillus genome manuscripts in Nature in December 2005 established Aspergillus as the leading filamentous fungal genus for comparative genomic studies. I would like to agree with you and say its just an isolated failed salt cavern within the dome...but that doesnt make sense. The theory behind this is that Texas Brine attempted to drill in the layer above the salt dome...during this drilling it was suspected that they pierced the wall of the dome/cavern causing the cavern to lose pressure and fail...
but there is one big hole in this theory.
It has been confirmed that the cavern has failed in the BOTTOM area....ie not at the top where the drilling was....Texas Brine is a convenient scapegoat...yes...it also gives the idea that just 'one cavern' has failed...but if that is truly the case why has the cavern been breached by hydrocarbons at the BOTTOM as has already been confirmed??? ( they also confirmed that the dome was not breached in its top two third at all...)

Forgive me for not finding time to link the appropriate findings to this post but can assure you that it is fact that they stated the hydrocarbon has breached the bottom...which implicates that the dome itself HAS failed or at least its outer wall far far underground...

yes LA 09 is right at the Sinkhole, and that is the
seismograph that was making all the off-scale harmonic tremors. so from that standpoint you are correct. and
the drill was at #9.

LA O1 is the seismograph that's been down all day.

I see it went down at 4pm, but otherwise working all day.

Human rights defender Senator Fred Mills believes that it appears Assumption Parish’s salt dome sinkhole is becoming another ongoing manmade Lake Peigneur catastrophe, a government supported oil and gas industry genocide through poisoned water, according to his interview Sunday by Deborah Dupré. Mysterious gas bubbles plaguing Bayou Corne sinkhole area are also increasing at Lake Peigneur, 80 miles west of the sinkhole, say Mills and his constituents.

“We tried to pass legislation last year to prevent these salt dome catastrophes in Louisiana, but they looked at us like we’re against progress,” State Senator Fred Mills, in his gentle Cajun accent, told Dupré.

“This is genocide,” said Mills of Assumption's neighboring parishes, Iberia and St. Martin, heart of Southern Louisiana culture. “This is a statewide issue. There’s more arsenic in water here now, and other contaminants. It’s just getting worse.”

I thought about all that as well. I have to cross water to get to and from work. I now have a pool float in the back of my car!
