Whos to say "aliens" arent biblical Fallen Angels. the ones cast out of heaven and sent to earth? Is a Serpent a reptile? Was satan called the serpent? Is there not a reptilian species of Aliens?

The truth is, "giants" or the fact, that people keep on growing and other stop growing is in your genes.

It is the DNA that controls this.

I am a Christian, not a typical "main stream" christian but I believe my sins have been paid for by Christ on the cross. That said, I firmly believe in the biblical account given in Genesis and throughout the old testament including the account of the conquest in the Book of Joshua. I've also been looking at this topic for many years, and seen many theories.

I haven't read up on some of the authors in the video like Maars or Sitchin, but I believe that the megalithic ruins strewn across the world were constructed by a gigantic race. How can one look at the ruins in Tiahuanaco and think that the ancestors of the natives in that area built them?

But, as a Christian I cannot believe that we are the result of genetic experiments conducted by a gigantic alien race from "Niburu". Rather, I believe the gigantic race was the result of the offspring from human females and fallen angels as described in the Book of Genesis. That race had so corrupted the earth that God destroyed their handiwork in the great flood rescuing the genetic lineage from Adam to Noah and the few remaining genetically pure animals to "start" a new world after the flood. But, somehow the giants came back, Rephaim in Hebrew doesn't just mean "giants" it means reborn ones. That archeologist they had from Israel was just plain wrong on his etymology displaying his ignorance on the matter.

Realize that God granted me a brain and the capability to think for myself, and also granted me something called... Free Will.

Due to that, I am and always have been, willing to accept that there are some things within the Bible that we still do not understand, and may not understand for a long time....

Because of this, I am and always have been, willing to accept that... there are some, things, within the Bible that may be misunderstood, misinterpreted.. and/or misrepresented.

The Book of Genesis for example.

The very verse which describes the Nephilim and how they were the "Heros of old"...

Genesis 6:4
The Nephilim were on the earth in those days—and also afterward—when the sons of God went to the daughters of humans and had children by them. They were the heroes of old, men of renown.

...and lets not forget the SECOND mention of them within the Bible, every one talks about them in Genesis, but what about the Book of Numbers?

Numbers 13:33
We saw the Nephilim there (the descendants of Anak come from the Nephilim). We seemed like grasshoppers in our own eyes, and we looked the same to them.”


This part within Numbers tells me one very important thing.

The Nephilim were strong enough to SURVIVE NOAH'S FLOOD in Genesis! Why?

Because their appearance in Numbers, is during The Exodus!

They were spotted by a scouting party that Moses and Aaron had sent out to scout out the "promised lands" near the end of The Exodus. Moses and the Israelites were camped in Kadesh in the Desert of Paran and sent a scouting party into the lands that would one day become Israel, and the scouting party returned... this is what it says...


26 They came back to Moses and Aaron and the whole Israelite community at Kadesh in the Desert of Paran. There they reported to them and to the whole assembly and showed them the fruit of the land. 27 They gave Moses this account: “We went into the land to which you sent us, and it does flow with milk and honey! Here is its fruit. 28 But the people who live there are powerful, and the cities are fortified and very large. We even saw descendants of Anak there. 29 The Amalekites live in the Negev; the Hittites, Jebusites and Amorites live in the hill country; and the Canaanites live near the sea and along the Jordan.”

30 Then Caleb silenced the people before Moses and said, “We should go up and take possession of the land, for we can certainly do it.”

31 But the men who had gone up with him said, “We can’t attack those people; they are stronger than we are.” 32 And they spread among the Israelites a bad report about the land they had explored. They said, “The land we explored devours those living in it. All the people we saw there are of great size. 33 We saw the Nephilim there (the descendants of Anak come from the Nephilim). We seemed like grasshoppers in our own eyes, and we looked the same to them.”




The Nephilim were there, they were in Israel BEFORE Moses and the Israelites arrived there.

They survived the Great Flood. Which was originally intended to wipe them out!

So.

Who were these Nephilim, the great "Heros of old and Men of Renoun" that they were so great and powerful that they were able to survive the Great Flood which God intended only NOAH and his Family to survive??

Numbers Chapter 14 goes just a little further, and though the Nephilim are never mentioned again, Numbers 14 details how the Israelite are disheartened by the reports of who is residing within the promised land, and that its inhabitants are so powerful, that the Israelites actually REBEL against Moses and God and some argue that it would actually be better to return to Egypt, rather then to stay and fight these powerful peoples. So God punished them by declaring that no one amongst them of their current generation would ever see the promised lands, and that they would be condemned to remain where they were for another 40 years... 1 year for each day spent scouting the lands.

So this means... that the Nephilim and others are living in the Promised Lands, and the Israelites saw that they were so powerful, that they wanted to run back to Egypt!?!

The scouts reported "But the people who live there are powerful, and the cities are fortified and very large."..but up until this point what was the greatest city that the Israelites had seen?

Egypt!

So, are they telling Moses that those living in the Promised Lands were as great and powerful as Egypt?

No, they're reporting that these people are even GREATER,and MORE POWERFUL then Egypt because remember in Numbers 14, the Israelites rebel and complain that it would be better to GO BACK TO Egypt!!

They think Egypt would be a better and safer place for them! These peoples living in the Promised Land were THAT strong, and THAT powerful and THAT great, that they made the Israelites want to run back to Egypt!

So, again...

Who were these Nephilim, the great "Heros of old and Men of Renoun" that they were so great and powerful that they were able to survive the Great Flood which God intended only NOAH and his Family to survive?? ... and that the Israelites were apparently SCARED of them?!?

Yet I understand, due to my Great God Given Gift of REASON; I understand that there are parts of the Bible that we do not understand, nor are we able to explain yet.

The Israelites did not Cross the Jordan and enter the Promised Land until...

The Book of Joshua, Chapter 3...

Right after Moses had died..

When they did Cross the Jordan, and enter the Promised Land, the Lord went before them and personally allowed them to lay waste all the inhabitants who dwelt there, whom they were so scared of fighting...

So whoever all these great and powerful peoples were, these Nephilim who survived the Great Flood, it took the Lord himself to go before the Israelites, so that the Israelites were able to conquer the land...

Frankly, I have always suspected there was much more to these stories then what has been written in the Old Testament.

But we may not ever understand it fully... and if we ever do, it may not be for a long time.

Zecharia Sitchin was wrong. No achedemics support his conclusions or interpretations of the ancient writings.

There are also no aliens in the Bible. The passage in Ezekiel is a vision of his.

There are giants in the Bible but they are not ET or angels babies. Satan certainly has no son.

As many in this thread, I support Pye's and Sitchin's work and I would certainly suggest that anyone pick up Sitchin's "Earth Chronicles" series - the material may challenge many beliefs/definitions, but in honesty, you seem solid enough to take any new perspectives that may serve you (and fill in a lot of the gaps), and leave the rest :)

sitchin is a small child comparinig to mauro biglino.
biglino, an ex-oficial translator of the bible for the vatican, states similar theories like sitchin but based exclusively, only on the Old Testament. He states that Yahweh and his angels were flesh beings, not necessary aliens, but flesh beings. Unlike sicthin his knowledge of acient hebrew and religion was approved by an oficial the biggest institution of religion, the vatican. he doesn't deny God, he denies just Yahweh.

God's glory doesn't kill but heal, and it surely can not be taimed by some rocks. The problem is if you believe Yahweh is God or not.

there were 2 races of giants, or more specifically there were 2 races of nephilim. there r 2 spellings in hebrew. one is neph-U-lim. and the other is neph-I-lim. so its nephulim and nephilim.

nephulim means 'fallen ones'.
