Yoplait uses gums... and other things.

I come from a long line of yogurt eaters.

If buying, it's plain.
Label always checked to make sure no crud is in it.

And I make my own.

I see people at Sam's Club going for the yoplait sample stand and then going and buying that crap...

And OP... I'm not intending to be offensive by saying that yoplait is crap....

It's just that.... in terms of real yogurt... it's processed bullshit.

Get some plain yogurt, some fresh fruit, a food processor to make a slurry of that fruit for mixing, as well as cutting some larger pieces, and some honey.

I doubt once you do that, prepare your own, that you'll go back to that CorporaCrap masquerading as yogurt.
