No one cares.

Yes of course, it is just the amount of time and energy it will take. Define your mission to yourself alone, and do not allow any one to taint your plans.

The darkness flows heavily on this planet, through the psycho-sphere, if you want to call it that. People's psyche's are tied up in distress.

Align your mission with God, and the Universe and all will be carried through. Doubt, apprehension and fear, will lower the possibilities, reducing them to a lesser option.

I see about 85% of the people on this planet unable to evolve due to their conditioning, evolution, and other factors. I feel that this has been a failed experiment with Earth, as circumstances have reached a point where it would take massive events for the people to make a change. The majority will not help and discover themselves without a blatant undeniable obvious scientific reason to do so. How does one who has their head on straight go about leaving this planet, so I can go and continue my evolution. There isn't much for me to see here anymore fellow Pleiadian, or even human who is make-believing here lol. I am enjoying my day to day life dont get me wrong though, I just feel there is no need for me to be trapped in prison anymore; this goes for many others as well. Earth ascending into 5D anyone?

It is both. It is your right to learn to develop these skills.

They will naturally occur in the awakened mind. They will naturally occur in the unawakened mind. But the conscious mind may not know what the meaning is, or what is really happening.

All is an illusion, all that you sense is created and generated for you by a very complex system of information and electronic signals designed to allow for higher learning.

This learning is literally the production of a the awareness of God through the understanding of the basic principals which your consciousness and your body and your physical universe follow, align and conform themselves to.

You are going to need your abilities. All of them. To survive and experience the highest potential of your universal existence.

Lucid dreaming begins, and an OBE is usually possible after the being has had much "practice" much experience within the LUCID mindset.

Simply put. Practice makes you stronger. You will be more comfortable after practice.

One does not climb the highest mountain the moment they see it.

Likewise, we must prepare for what we are to face when we leave the body permanently.

It all depends on your intentions and reasoning for asking. If you are truly asking yourself, because you are truly intending to find the answer that allows to know yourself. Then you are already aligned with some kind of higher truth that your conscious mind cannot properly identify.

Look more into the situation and find out for yourself! Or just keep talking and asking. . . . Those are the equations for figuring it out!

You sit in a silent area, in a room, outside, in a field, at night, in the day ( although night is less safe, depending on your area and the situation you are involved in with the LIGHT ).

You eat less to raise your vibrations, and to be able to properly identify your instincts and your intuition. Your emotions are silenced, dulled by food, especially sweet foods and junk foods. They dull the senses.

Meats as well, especially heavy meats. Your body will devote energy to breaking the flesh down rather than extending into the mind.

You clean your soul, your actions, your mind of any distractions.

LET IT BE KNOWN.

That you are a sovereign being, that your human body is in connection with the mind that is sourced with ALL OF CONSCIOUSNESS in existence.

YOU ARE THIS FORCE. You are THE UNDYING EXISTENCE WITHIN THE UNIVERSE. NO MATTER YOUR FORM, YOU WILL EXIST.

SO KNOW THIS.

EXPRESS THIS. Live this!

I say this because you must signal to those who are around you that you are ready to awaken. When you are proving yourself, to yourself, and thus the Universe (get it?) you will be approached with the KNOWLEDGE.

This doesn't have to be in any single form, it will be through many various experiences, dreams, light shows, participative meditations, awakenings, synchronicity and revealing experiences.

The revelations are about you, you will figure out the world, but also by understanding yourself.

NOT so much A WHO YOU ARE. As that is still strong, positive, and FULL OF INFORMATION you are not aware of.

It is a WHAT IT IS THAT YOU ARE.

THIS, for instance, is the big show. We are not aware, but we are light beings pretending to be physical. It is a show, a game.

So after you are ready and prepared, go out into nature and journey, find the animals (obviously be ware of the bears) see their reaction to your peaceful consciousness. Sit, and meditate, watch them gather around you.

Similar with people. Help them. Calm them. Awaken them. But this may be getting too far ahead.


When you are ready, when you have cleansed your soul.

Participate in a lone situation, peaceful and silent, prepared and clean (mentally, spiritually) and begin your deep breathing practices.

Deep breathing practices, with a specific number count of seconds breathing in, deep. And a small, silent pause with your lungs held open and posture erect, and then the same numbers spent breathing out, maybe a little less, as the out breath can be faster. But do not just allow all the air to rush out of your lungs, participate in the slow release of the pressure that is your life force.

Know this force, know the air that surrounds you. It is akin to teaching yourself of the AETHER that surrounds you.

You will come into contact with your true emotions in this state, it will likely push you beyond what is felt previously.

During these times of breathing deep, focus on nothing but your breath. This is largely so you continue to remember breathing properly in this very intensive manner. It may take weeks, months, or years to perfect. It took me years. I would nearly pass out at times. As soon as you feel that you are not absorbing oxygen properly, expelling C02, stop and start over. Expel all the air from your lungs with each breath, but do not time it so that you are left feeling like you are struggling to breathe. That is the improper balance, posture and structure that we have developed by poor lifestyle.

So this is to catch your mind, and sync your mind up with your breathing.

When you are focusing on nothing, the mind will both block out other impulses like getting up to eat, relieve yourself of the POWER that is building up with your practice. To forget or wander off again (we play this dance, this game ETERNALLY, but we do awaken eventually.)

When you do this, at a certain point, the thoughts will instead of seeking to turn outward and look for new material to observe.

They will begin generating material within, and observing that with the intensity of all your awareness. This is the beginning of the healing phase and you will know you are beginning when the memories and experiences come to rise to distract you.

Take these memories and experiences in stride and wait for the next breath to come and return your mind back to that original focus.

Continue turning inward until there are no more memories or distractions to make, until you have devoured them with your UNDYING ETERNAL CONSCIOUSNESS.

Soon a flame will ignite within the center of your being, the center of your chest, the center of your spine, the center of your MIND. The heart will orchestrate and guide this flame, pouring HEAT energy into the FLAME. GROWING the flame. The mind will guide the direction and intention of this flame, the color and desire of this flame.

You must align this with the highest good and intentions of reaching the GOD state as we are originally.

Continue these practices, starving yourself of distractions while using your undying consciousness to continue looking within yourself, while TRAINING your mind to work WITH the breathing.


The end result is that your mind and body will become one unified field, impermeable and undefinable as two separate "entities" as many people exist now. Moving the mind in one direction and the body in the other.

Through this the thoughts themselves will become intrinsically LINKED with the breathing, which will be connected with the heart. Which is guided by the mind or will work to guide the mind. It is a flow, a cycle that you must generate, catch on to, and then ride into each new experience.

The heart, the mind, and the breathing must be aligned and the body will become one motion.

Hope your visit isn't a waste of time.
