Many years ago there was a use for unions but now today most of them have become so corrupt and their agenda just sinks companies. I was a member of the Teamsters for many years and since I left the union i've been treated much better at the companies I work for. When in the union mgmt and union workers are always trying to outdo each other. Look at the car companies. They don't want to cut them any slack and rather drive them into bankrupcy....Tell me what is the use of driving a company into backruptcy while putting yourself and thousands of employees out of work.......Yeah, much better off LMAO. Tell you what ... I'm from the Philadelphia area. I grew up with unions all my life. I am Proudly NON-UNION. And, yes, I have off today. Most notable unions in the area have embezzled pensions, beat the shit out of non-union shop owners, and paid cronies higher salaries then master craftsmen. SO GO FUCK YOURSELF.
