Strange Hum Keeping West Seattle Awake (audio of sound!)

I was just going to post about this. It's main stream now. by they way, the whole region seems to be experiencing this lately. I've herd it myself in Tacoma a few times. Lived here since 1999, so I know it's not the bases (JBLM). It's new and when you do hear it, there is no way to tell a direction at all.

Here is the news link story. If you click on the "listen here on the West Seattle Blog", a QuickTime webpage pops up. The recording is just like all the YouTube and GLP recordings we've been hearing for a couple years now. The Vol is very low though.

Anythime somthing starts to bang and humm on the west coast I'd be very worried. That humm is all the way up to Sooke BC which is pretty far up the coast from Seattle. Humm.

Question for West Seattle residents: are you close to anything that might be emitting radio frequencies, like a communications experimental facility? Something that might involve plasma and tesla coils? Would you know if such things were in the vicinity?
