Therefore, by reassembling the seemingly flat parts of the ping-pong ball you end up with a sphere. You're whole argument is one for why the Earth actually IS round.

If the Moon was outside of the BLUE atmosphere her light piercing through the DEEP blue would do so with a tint of blue and wouldn't shine through absolutely WHITE as she reflects the YELLOW sunshine off her dull grey dust as seen on photos by those who wrote and photographed your fantasy.

Doesn't matter whether the sun is out or not according to your false science the moon is always outside the atmosphere therefore the atmosphere is always there where you see it a light blue like when the sun is out or whether you see it a midnight-blue the moon's light would be piercing through the blue atmosphere with a tint of blue.
