No, as I said earlier you are 5 hours behind us, we're on British Summertime. East Coast is almost always 5 hours behind apart from for a week or two on occasion where you switch to daylight time before we switch to summertime. So as I said 4am your time.

Thats assuming whatever is going down is based on the end time of the clock. Guy in the video also alludes to tomorrow being a UK 9/11 of sorts. 911 is the US emergency code. 999 is ours. Tomorrow is 9/9 and the 9am makes the third nine.
