I like roasted butternut and brie bisque.
Quoting: !saac I love that. Substitute butternut for pumpkin when it's in season too. I did the chef thing for years, my favorite thing was making good soups/sauces. Something I learned was that there is no real difference between a soup and a sauce other then water. Indeed. I used to just pour that shit on pasta when I had no money.
