Egypt and Libya operate under under sharia law that dictates blasphemy is punishable by imprisonment not death. Muhammad declared that killing was only acceptable in a a time of war after all other forms of defending an attack were exhausted.
What the perpetrators did under the guise of Islam was an act of war according to their Quran and international law. The governments of the countries attacking embassies should completely and clearly denounce and legitimacy to these attacks and work strongly at putting a stop to these actions.

We should put immediate sanctions on these countries, deport all Libyans and Egyptians from our country and disallow any further travel to these countries by American citizens regardless of nationality.
