What is the base cause of people not accepting gay people the church. I everyone does not have the same religion some people don't believe in religion at all both gay and straight. I want someone to do a history search for, before the church was there a reason for ppl not to be gay.......... And no I'm not gay

However, I do have a problem when you DEMAND the right to go after my children; DEMAND the right for equal rights, but only when it makes you more equal; DEMAND the right of tolerance, but refuse to show tolerance; DEMAND the right of acceptance, but refuse to accept anybody else's rights not to be as you.

I am not a bigot. nor am I prejudice. I believe everyone has a right to do as they please. It is not however their right to try to force their belief on others. So when Gay individuals demand recognition, that is what they are doing. That is wrong. Being gay is NOT normal. It is plain selfish rebellion against humanity. Forcing gay standards on others is wrong. Keep it in the closet and stop trying to force others to accept it as normal. People with deformities, handicaps and varying skin shades do NOT have a choice in being who they are. Gay individuals do. If you are gay it is your Choice to be so, but others do not have to accept your choice anymore than allowing a thief into their house. Gay individuals do NOT have a right to preferential treatment because of their choice to be gay. Simple. It is NOT my right to tell you that you cant be gay, but it is my right to tell you that you don't deserve preferential treatment because you choose to be. Gay individuals who demand recognition are only intent on stealing recognition and are no better than thieves. Its along the same lines of handing the keys to the diamond vault to someone and turning your back so that individual can steal them. It is not acceptable

It used to be that "gay" was normal - when the definition of "gay" was "happy."

However, someone does not want us to be happy. Someone wants us to suffer potential gender confusion, and if we don't they want us to suffer gender guilt.

Yet, I am a woman and I prefer men. Accept that.

People are making the wrong arguments here.....gays, lesbians or even bis have NO problem with straight people, and their loving and being attracted to someone of the opposite sex. All they are asking for is the same respect given to them and their own attractions and loves. Is that REALLY so hard?
