I have a sort of related question. I've just been looking at different news articles to see if there was any breaking news and I decided to look for Israel Web cams. Stumbled on the Western Wall Live web cam. I think I have seen this one before quite a while back but forgot about it.
If anybody else is familiar with this, could you take a look?? Is it normally that crowded? Does the large volume of people there now have to do with the time of year..Rosh Hoshanah and Yom Kippur coming up?? Just normal crowds?? Or is something strange going on there??

Effin Obozo, We really effed ourselves when we elected him. Horrible. I knew he would be a bad president but held out hope I was wrong. It is much worse than I imagined.

Israel has never been an aggressor against others, they only keep weapons for their self defense which they must or they wouldn't exist. I hope they have more than enough weapons always for their protection.

I was trying to do just that, AVOID making a long and elaborated argument for someone who is hellbent on hating a country !

I've said this many times on this forum, I don't buy the Israeli propaganda about Iran's nuclear program ! Iran may or may not develop nuclear weapons at this point and frankly I don't care !

What I do care about is the fact that the Iranian fanatical, extremist regime (not the Iranian people) has destroyed what was once a beautiful and prosperous country (before 1979) and is actively funding terrorist organizations like Hamas and Hezbollah !

This is why I support an attack on Iran !

Which neighbors might that be? Considering that Iraq's army was gutted by the US, Saudi Arabia & Gulf States won't support Iran, and Syria is torn from inside. That leaves Hezbollah and Hamas. And Egypt. Why would Egypt go to war for Iran's sake?

Syria is no were near to being "done" and Egypt will be more than a match for Israel, they have hundreds of Abrams tanks and shitloads of F16s courtesy of Mr. Hussein...and don't forget the muslim brotherhood in Egypt clearly said they will throw the peace treaty with Israel out the window in case of war with Iran !

I'm sure there are many here who have and will post this differently. There are international laws that, sure, some don't see as binding to them, and as most sociopaths will tell you - they murdered to defend themselves from a threat that was not covered by their own internal laws...the correctional facilities around the world are full of these 'people'. The victims of these 'people' then look around and wonder why they weren't protected by the laws that were AGREED upon by the many. Most little people's lives are threatened with death on a daily basis but they can't resort to their own rules in their defense...real or not...they then become perps...so why is Israel exempt from the laws that 'govern' the rest?

Then that will be the absolute end of Israel. Anything else to say? If self-preservation were in their interest, Israel would sit down and shut the fuck up.

You are asking too much from a country that is and has been threatened with annihilation.

I believe that Obama is gonna throw Israel under the bus..the administration seems bent on distancing itself from Israels overtures for military action so that when they do strike Iran after being backed into a corner - then Obama can claim to be squeaky clean while Israel is condemned in the court of public opinion and mis-information.

I hope this one ally too many that Obama thinks he can get away with snubbing - if Israel has to stand alone there'll be a heavy reckoning for the president that left them hanging out to dry .
