The only video shows a group of locals dragging him from the building in a frantic effort to save him and calling an ambulance. Have you considered that the riots - protests, more like, considering how little actual violence has occurred - might be over the constant drone strikes that have killed thousands of innocent people - more than died on 9/11, that's for sure - in the East?
