So, OP if your info is correct (that's a big if for me)....They have actionable intelligence that there may be an attack on DC and they are evacuating bureaucrats as part of the COG plans...

BUT - When something "war-related" happens or my mother is stuck by road conditions (snow storm) Mom always calls . Mom hasn't called.

So, I see three possibilities:
1) Your source is wrong (it happens)
2) It is only a test...
3) They've learned some things since Sept. 11. They realize that evacuating en masse was pretty damn noticeable...So, they are gradually implementing the COG plans. After the earthquake, I had to pull over on I-295 as three SUVs with a Park Police escort drove by...They could being doing something like that....Only the people who have to pull over notice the 4-car convoys (at night that wouldn't be many people). Which means - your information is correct & it means something bad. The USG is expecting a threat to DC over the next few weeks or months and they are slowly implementing their COG plans...

Yesterday I saw something that looked like a large troop carrier, reminiscent of the Hercules only smaller...and khaki green....circling over my small town Ontario Canada airport.

Thought it very strange at the time and considered snapping a vid but I was holding up traffic just looking at it and I had to move on.

I went back and looked at the thread. Nothing really specific only that it was very unusual air trafic for where they lived. The one person counted 20 planes, I believe.

If nothing else, there's a lot of training going on for a very near future event, I believe.....

I live in Manchester UK...About 8am this morning, I noticed a shit load of planes traveling East, I think towards Swizie land or Norway...

The were passing every 2 mins and I have never seen anything like it in my 32 years...Some planes we flying dangerously close to each other and I mean close..Some flying practically above another plane...

I see planes every day as we have a major airport nearby to the South...These planes were coming from the West and seemed like they were in a hurry, somewhere fast...

Is there an underground bunkers to the East of the UK, either in Swizie land, Norway or maybe even Russian???
