Yes yes, you're spamming the thread with your claim of hoax, you give info in how it was made and all, but you fail to show how you know it.

Gut feeling is not proof, and your word worth nothing by itself.

So, if you want to really prove it's an hoax, and since you even know how it was made, please post a coherent description, method and source for your supposed knowledge.

If you do, I'll give you the credits for it.

The uploader of this video didn't provide the original link, therefore, the possibility of hoax is not dismissed!

Well, to me, it looks as if it is a surveillance craft, which took off, stopped for a short while to either pinpoint Curiosity's location or photograph this new object on their surface.

It looks real to me, but, the implications are now more interesting than Curiosity's being there.


We landed in a crater on purpose. This tells me that we had no intention of roaming the surface with this craft, unless they have designed it so it can become airborne long enough to leave the crater.

From the beginning, I have found it odd that, at such a great expense, we would limit ourself to one area of this planet.

Certainly, if all we are doing is looking for potential resources, it makes sense to some degree. Yet, if we do not find what we need there, this means we are hopelessly marginalized in aspect.

Now we see this video. It seems to imply is that there is intelligent life operating on the surface, in some form.

Could the discarded 'hovercraft' have had some abilities of it's own, to be able to gain altitude and hover long enough to take panoramic aerial shots of the surface?

Either that, or, we are not alone on Mars.

This gets curiouser and curiouser ...as Alice might say.

I used to say that., until I saw a video of what was reportedly a disc shaped UFO falling to earth. Looked so fake, but in actuality was real footage taken by NASA of a failed satellite falling back to each. Check it out, and see why not all that looks fake is...

I'm sorry as much as i want this to be, every feed we have seen from mars has been in frames about a second at a time. This is probably a hoax because there is no pause between frames.

Just saying look at the ground between the shadows you can clearly see the frames per second.

Just copying a comment on the video...

If it had a link to the Nasa website and also a video on there then it would be believable. However there isn't, maybe another time.

Looks like ET is purposely trying to get filmed.

That's just landing lights on an aircraft on approach to the groom lake facilities (area 51) Nevada desert just the other side of that hill.

This is a copycat video poking fun at the origional, the unexplained "event" in question happened days before and hit the main stream news on august 22.
