PSN should be down too then since I don't believe they can pick and choose what video game network doesn't work.

What makes you think it's Time Warner?

Yeah it looks like it will be down till the can figure it out...it is regional... so only some people are without it... sorry to hear that man... I enjoy videogames as well...

and know when you can't play online it can really suck...

For six hours now "a subset of Time/Warner ISP users" have had problems connecting to Xbox Live, says Microsoft.

The problem appears to be regional. Kotaku staff have had trouble connecting in New York, but were able to get online in the Southeast. There is no word on what the trouble is or who it affects, specifically, or when it will be over.

xbox live has maintenance alerts on the web site.

Yeah, I cant blame TimeWarner, Its all xbox fault..

I still have internet, just not xbox live..

So yeah, its not TW at this moment anyways, lol..

I guess Comcast bought some rights to TW or something like that, I dont know,

XBOX Live should be free anyways, and they wont do anything to make up for the loss of sevice..
