great topic,, buy a heavy bag and USE IT. it will do no good just hanging around. hit that thing like your life depends on it. punches,knees,elbows hit it till you friggin bleed. you will get in shape. if you dont know the proper techniques for punching i'm sure there are 1000's of you tube videos to help. great topic OP
