You are correct in your assertion that there are many, many other countries which have nukes and the capability of producing more. However, they aren't prancing around waiting for their Messiah to come crawling out of a slimy well and quite publicly vocal in their resolve to use THEIR nukes in the most violently destructive ways possible in order to lure him into beginning his climb.
