WTF Why aren't we being told who or what the threat is that they're preparing for war against here so citizens can be equipped well in advance and know what to expect?

I was driving from Austin Tx to Houston Tx, and I saw these armored vehicles (the tan ones to be specific) stockpiled for miles; I could not see the end there must have been thousands... A couple miles away I saw them building a dome with nothing in it really but a circle in the middle. I immediately thought it might be an underground base. This was all in Sealy, Tx. If you google the underground dome in sealy tx it says it's been built by a company that takes care of bankers. God bless us all
