I wonder, since Corporation now have the same rights as a citizen, if someone dies as a result, can Texas file Capital Murder charges against the Company? I would think that with the benefits of being declared a Citizen would also come the "right" to be charged with a crime. I would love to see the President of the Company along with the CEO's and board members getting hanged for Capitol Murder over one of their many thousands of F-Ups. I suspect the fresh water is eroding the salt in the caverns or dome. Hence creating salt water. sk |
