Unfortunately the USA of today is fascist state as far as its economy is concerned. This is Mussolini's model. The property is formally private, but concentrated in big companies that get their directives from the government... California's BS red tape and the cost of doing business in this state are outrageous. Companies are leaving here in droves. Been happening for at least 15 years. I was born and raised in SOCAL and I escaped 4.5 yrs. ago--I couldn't take all the BS any longer.
