I don't know anything, other than these assholes seem to be holding out to the very last minute with the technologies that could make everything that was developed during the 20th century obsolete.

The sad thing is, had these technologies been utilized initially; our world wouldn't be in such a bad place that it is today - with the US 20th Century industry base having been expedited elsewhere.
