Some examples would be Spirulina, or coconut. Personally I blend about 5 or 6 of the top superfoods into a juice smoothie a few times a week, and I include a superfoods powder which contains the top 20 superfoods there are. I also mix in tangy tangerine, (vitamins, minerals, aminos) and let me tell you I feel like a 21yr old champion every single day. My blender pairing looks like this: (all ingredients are Organic non-gmo) Spinach Beats + leaf (use only 1 beat) Carrot Blueberries Raspberries Strawberries Avocado coconut milk powder -optional: enerhealth enerfoods (top 20 superfoods in 1) beyond tangy tangerine (all vitamins/minerals/aminos) water or organic juice (so you don't eat your drink) |
