If you have ever witnessed someone evolve through the various stages of Alzheimer's, you will know that your comment is absurd. Early symptoms are forgetfulness, fatigue, poor judgment, change in personality etc.. By the time it becomes blatantly obvious to all, you are already very ill. Since one can continue to function, I suggest that you hire a surgeon with early signs of Alzheimers.
By the end of his second term he was already very ill.
