It is already illegal to take a gun onto
private property without the property owners
knowledge and permission.
You bring a gun, ESPECIALLY a concealed gun
onto my property and I will shoot you dead
the second I discover it. No exceptions,
no questions.
I can ONLY assume you came to harm me and
in fear of my life and standing my ground
I defended my life.

You bring a gun onto private property here and you can be shot dead by the owner, even if you were invited and failed to ask to bring your gun. In Arkansas you will then be charged with Capital Murder unless that person pulled the gun and threatened you with it. You would be found guilty and you would be executed. What kind of coward shoots someone unless that person is threatening them?
