Exactly she was sleeping around with a man who was in a defacto relationship with a woman pregnant to his child. Now to make it worse you use " may or may not be his " constantly - clearly what the " sister in law " carries on with - whilst knowing full well it is his ( as you state splitting image of him ).She was the one trying to sleep around and snag another womans man - I see no reason why you all need to try to belittle the lady further and his child.
