We are now living in a country where salem witch hunt type prosecutions are being allowed and men are being sent to prison in mass on the testimony of a single witness implicating him in a sexual assault in the total absence of any physical evidence whatsoever.

Even if the single witness to the alleged crime gives conflicting statements, clearly lies totally fails to properly describe the attacker physically and makes statements that are impossible to be factual, a man can be arrested and stand trial for a sexual offense.

The prohibitions against here say evidence are suspended, and in the case of an accusation of an alleged assault against a child , the right to face and cross examine one's accuser is suspended as well. This is a very dangerous situation for any man who engages in relations with a women he does not know very well, being in private alone with her...

This is becoming and increasingly all too common method of a scorned woman who has been rejected or as in my case rejected and told to leave in getting revenge.

All that is all that is required for the police to make an arrest and cause a man to lose everything he has worked hard for all his life making bail and hiring competent legal representation (including the total destruction of his reputation) is for an totally unfounded accusation with no evidence or corroborating witnesses supporting it to be made by a single individual.

My advice based on personal experience is that until these unconstitutional 'judicial' provisions of 'legal justice' (perversions of due process of the law!) that precisely mirror the Salem witch trials of the 1600's that most now recognize as ridiculously unfair to the accused are suspended and removed by force of law, never be alone with a woman and/or her children unless you are willing to risk all that to have including possibly your freedom, not even in an elevator.

I was lucky having many sexual partners and in my 51 years of life and breaking off relations with many of them and having them simply take it for what it was, the end of a relationship, but there are an increasing parentage of women who are using accusations of sexual misconduct as a weapon to get revenge because they know they can most likely never be conclusively proved a liar even in the case the charges are dropped or the accused acquitted, and the worst they can possibly face is being charged with a class C misdemeanor for filing a false complaint, while they can totally destroy their target without any real danger of punishment by the system to themselves for lying.

It is my opinion that the legal process and due process of law should be as it was 30 years ago in such cases, the same as in all other criminal proceedings with all of the evidentiary and due processes of law left intact completely as it was before the feminist movement became firmly entrenched and totally destroyed the family unit and our society as a whole.

If a man is accused of committing a sexual crime against a woman or any other individual and there are no witness or evidence of any kind, it is absolutely ludicrust and against our basic principals of justice and out constitution that an arrest can be made, and as I said this precisely mirrors the Salem witch trials, which are we now recognize as ridiculous and having resulting in the death and extreme punishment of completely innocent people under the guise of justice.

What the hell are we thinking as men not rising up in unison against his gross injustice. Which is better, that a VERY FEW men get away with committing a sexual offense because somehow they avoided leaving any evidence of a sexual assault (which would be extremely unlikely in the event of the use of force or the actual 'penetration' of a child), or thousands of innocent men rotting US prisons across the country?

One of the most interesting statistics I came across researching for my own defense is that the public is being brain washed by the media to believe that the recidivism rate among men convicted of sexual crimes is the highest of any crime and it is practically assured that convicted 'sex offender' will 're offend", when it in fact is the lowest, this information coming directly from the US department of justice , and State figures closely mirror Federal figures. It is more likely that an individual convicted of bank robbery or embezzlementwill later be arrested for sexual assault than a man convicted of sexual assault, the recidivism rate is less than 7% with men convicted of sexual assault, the lowest of any crime.

What this translates into if one analyses the information honestly is that the vast majority of men convicted of sexual crimes were innocent and were the victims of a public whipped up into a frenzy by the media and convicted by substandard and unconstitutional usurpations of the due process of law and criminal justice procedures for reasons I am unsure if but have strong suspicions.

I wrote this long essay to warn men not to suffer what I did, today's woman is no longer acting like God intended women to act and they have become a totally different thing than they were 30 years ago. Do NOT make the same mistake I did, and do not blindly trust ANYONE, especially and unmarried woman with children. There is a good reason she is unmarried and yet has children, don't find out the hard way like I did.
