this reminded me of a story, I use to work for 7 11 as a teenager and this very very old woman I would say 90 came in with a scratch off and said she couldn't see that well and if I can check it for her, I did and it was 25,000 dollars, now this was on the south side of Chicago with all different types of people behind her in line...I walked around and quietly pulled her to the side and told her she just won 25,000 dollars and she needs to go to the lottery place which they gave us the address for, asked her if she needed to use the phone to call someone and she called her son to come and get her, I was afraid of her walking home by herself...I will never forget how happy she was.
