Well doom to some will bring them joy. So it's a double edged sword.

We can change that. If you consider that what you focus on is helping to create reality, I will focus on positive things. I will focus on the things that I want to manifest in my life. We all have a choice. Shall we look at the terrible things that can happen or shall we look to the future with optimism? This time of great changes could be a time of wonderful transformation. A time when the human species grows up and becomes civilized. A time when we are no longer quarantined from the rest of the galaxy due to our primitive, barbaric ways.

I say, if we each tend our own gardens instead of pointing out the weeds in our neighbors' gardens, we could have paradise on earth.

It is within our collective power to create a world for our children and their children that we can be proud to pass on to them. Are you with me?

AGREED
“One of the saddest lessons of history is this: If we’ve been bamboozled long enough, we tend to reject any evidence of the bamboozle. We’re no longer interested in finding out the truth. The bamboozle has captured us. It’s simply too painful to acknowledge, even to ourselves, that we’ve been taken. Once you give a charlatan power over you, you almost never get it back.” – Carl Sagan

Joy is experienced individually, or perhaps in small groups.

Doom, however, can be shared by much larger groups in a way that joy can't.

Well said, it reminds of one of my favorite quotes by Rabindranath Tagore:

"Where the mind is without fear and the head is held high; Where knowledge is free; Where the world has not been broken up into fragments by narrow domestic walls; Where words come out from the depth of truth; Where tireless striving stretches its arms towards perfection; Where the clear stream of reason has not lost its way into the dreary desert sand of dead habit; Where the mind is led forward by thee into ever-widening thought and action; Into that heaven of freedom, my Father, let my country awake."

The mind only does evil to varying degrees. All that it says and does is for itself in some shape or form. Until people stop living by the mind instead of Divine direction from the spirit, there shall only be doom on the horizon of infinite degrees of severity.

It's complicated... I would like to see the economic system collapse since I believe it's cancerous. To some that would spell 'doom' and be heart-breaking but to me it's a necessary 'growing pain' that must be endured. People crossing their fingers for individual annihilation should probably just hope that a meteorite lands on their head.

Once racism stops and greed stops and pollution of every kind stops and violence stops and every other evil stops doom will be predicted. And eventually doom will come. UNLESS all evil stops.

World......stop all evil right now and i will predict good things.

The meek shall inherit the earth, wonder where the others ^ will be? With the current trend in bioengineering, they will probably want to enhance this type of sequence that produces the psychopaths.

No, the sentiment is far reaching and not limited to GLP. And people have to re-think the way they live their lives to change it.

Not really sad. People want justice and they just realize that in order for justice to come, doom will likely precede it. Doom is just happiness in disguise.

It's not strange at all.

The world is skewed towards negative polarity.

Therefore, Negativity prevails until this changes.

Now you understand.

But it makes sense. GLP is filled with people who live pathetic and dull lives whose only hope is to somehow make people with more than them "pay" for it through doom. They get off on it because their lives are pathetic and shallow.

It would be so much easier if were "pathetic and shallow". People just don't seem to see what is at stake.
