You guys are concerned about the internet???? The UN has been wanting a GLOBAL TAX for YEARS......using ANY excuse they can.
"Taxation without representation" folks? That's what started the American Revolution, people!

Probably much more important was the refusal to let the Colonies coin their own money. I've always wondered about the "without representation". How much representation do you usually get anyway? Are taxes ever put up for revote by referendum, with the option that people can just end them all and start over? Taxation is always more or less without representation, it seems to me.
