All members of Congress and The US SENATE should remain EVER MINDFUL that GOD IS THE ULTIMATE AUTHORITY AS TO WHO REMAINS IN THE SEATS OF POWER ON THIS EARTH AND WHO DOES NOT! Arlen Spectre was not known for doing much good and he was often an obstructionist voice on anything other than those few items that were of direct benefit to his constituents. But he had remained in the SENATE for so many years that he wielded an extraordinary amount of power for one so ancient.
