Nothing. There would be an equalibrium. The southern hemisphere would go counter clockwise and the northern the opposite. Acutally, why did I bother on this?

I am very interested in what would occur if everyone on the planet flushed their toilets at the same time. Think of it as a 'GLOBAL' experiment. :)

The second flush would notwork for those on municipal water systems, if a second flush was executed at the time of the refill of the tank.
