Second. To have succession after February 25, 1927, until dissolved by Act of Congress or until forfeiture of franchise for violation of law.

Prior to that there had been 20 year charters (not 99).

Terrorist threats need to taken seriously but the Federal Reserve! Why? The federal reserve has nothing in it. That where we keep all our money? We are $16 trillion in debt, there is NO money in there. What advantage would a terrorist group gain by blowing up another US gov't building?
