Yeah. It's very probable, because Lebanon's a very important and strategic place for controlling the current happenings in Syria. If anti-Assad parties in Lebanon continue escalating the situation, this won't end good. The Syrians already threatened that they would send their military to wipe out any bordering city that falls under the control of the FSA or pro-FSA militants.

Lots of nat.gas found on Lebanon seas, Syria too! Lebanon locals are blaming Mossad for the bomb.

Well, it depends on what media you watch. Pro-Assad media will say this is a Mossad conspiracy; anti-Assad media will say or imply that this is the work of Syria, and Assad himself.

The Kuwaiti case is minor and doesn't have a large background, as the Lebanese one has. It is a mere change in electoral law, and the situation will cool down after a few days I hope.
