Get over it. We don't love in the stone ages. "Welfare Checks" haven't been issued in years. It goes on a debit card which when my company has to pay out vendors we use the same ACH services from JP Morgan. The money is sent out automatically on the specific dates. Grow up, I have been watching this ,estate board for a bit and just created account, I am sure we can have a much more intelligent conversation other them just a jab towards blacks, Times are changing!

Many checks are sent out for SS, etc every month - at different times a month. My SS check is direct deposit - not on a card. But i did have the choice of getting it in check form, of i wish.
