reality in the largest sense of the term, of all that is, is constructed in layers.
if we take 3d reality as base level - which is expressed in form as matter, then we have the astral level - of which heart/intuition is a part, then we have the abstract mind level - the world of ideas, and where the place of the 'mainframe' would be.
then there are levels that are hard to express in words, and the subjective experience of them is so compressed i.e. super consciousness - to which i mean the subjective experience of all the history of the universe with all details together in a time of seconds, and then the causal level - from where the trend of manifestation can be directed.

if that level is reached (and from my subjective experience it was reached) then the manifestation will reverberate downwards till 3d plane.

at the mental level - all the essential parts of the new mainframe exist in scattered brilliant minds across the globe
at the astral level - the cleansing of the toxic astral atmosphere is done mainly by beings which are not in 3d manifestation
at ground level - all there is to be done is for that invisible framework to manifest, that all the lightworkers be connected
but the first step for this to happen is the New Book, if you wish. One which is a joint effort of many minds, and one which spells truth in such a complete fashion so that there would be no room for error (i.e. to say each should be allowed his truth, is A truth in itself, just at a deeper level of abstraction)

that was done before in theory as example the declaration of human rights etc.
but we are talking of a living set of rules (constitution) of that invisible network of lightworkers.

and this has to represent a departure from idiosyncratic symbolist vocabularies of the past era (new age parlance included). a way of simple yet clear concepts which are abstract and show that the same Great Truths were all along in all religions worthy of that name, and to show at the same time the errors of each of them.

this was tried before but not with the tools of the new era.
it was never a joint effort of many minds who achieved it, from all parts of the globe, virtually connected, soul connected and mind connected.

this would be a option. with the energy being invested consciously here at 3d level.

another option would be that in the near future, the lightworkers will have their consciousness unblocked from 3d, and they will have the main locus of manifestation at an upper level of reality (building there the invisible network) and manifesting at will in 3d as well

Ok,that makes sense I get what youre saying. I think it'll be easy to divulge these truths in a simple, clear, and succinct manner that will be easy to understand by all; the only thing needed i see is for the ruling authority behind the "light" needs to make it physically clear to every single person that this is how things will be; there needs to be a firm show of control by the light workers from the above to dispell any disbelief.

The deal is this is solely a personal journey for you; literally all the external afflictions and events that have happened to you are a result of personal imbalances internally, which manifest themselves externally so you can see it, and hopefully fix it. You wouldn't have chosen this place out of billions of other planets to incarnate on unless you saw an intrinsic value in the lessons that can be learned here, of which many can only be found here considering the intensely negative strata found here which is almost like a centrifuge for polarities; the good get more good and the bad get worse. However, there is a nasty little spell being employed. You forget that this place is not the only place of existence, and throw out the incredible totalitarity of the universe in favor of novelties and incredibly shallow positions which makes you miss your entire reason for being here, thence forth keeping you in the cycle of incarnation and essentially an energy slave to arconai.
