NEW YORK HARBOR UPDATEIt looks like Cargo ships are streaming in at a fairly good pace now. Still not a whole lot to the Brooklyn side of things but cargo supplies are getting in smoothly. On the Oil Tanker side, only 2 tankers docked today at this point with a maximum of about 15m gallons of Goo. Still way below normal imports. TRAINS ARE STILL CUTOFF
