This man must not have any brains or care for the hurting. GOD help these people, our leaders will not. Obama is in Nevada, (helping the folks in the N. E.???, no just himself) Wake up people. I do not want help from these two ever. Quoting: sandpiper Bloomberg is a disgrace, and a total idiot. He's no idiot. He just secured massive, free, federal money to rebuild New York by publicly endorsing Obama. Anyway, nobody who makes his own billion dollars is an idiot. Evidence? BTW I agree he's the opposite of an idiot, he is very smart. And he's in command, his press conference the day after Sandy was the best of anyone's by a mile. But what are his incentives? |

Weare at the peak of quantity of life, not quality of life (life wholesale w/lots of bargains and 10% off). We want big, ugly buildings, blocking the beaches and view, and invigorating ocean breezes. Like this: [link to www.youtube.com] Wewant grabass and touchy-feely in our privates and breasts at the airports. Most of all we want police brutality and freedom murders of animals, the infirm, children and elderly. We want total corruption in our government w/child porn and snuff movies. We want war mongering, death mongering, lies abundant, and deceit spread everywhere; against and all over the world. We want poverty. We want blood and guts running in the streets. We want tears, and bruises, not laugher, and sweet smiles. We want hunger, disease, pain, lust-of-the-flesh, and hate-mongering. We wantnot beauty, nor peace, nor love, for we want to gamble with monstrousness. We want loud, vulgar noise, not melodious music and waltzes. We want convulsive gyrations, not dancing and waltzing. We want slavery w/Satan on the throne, and his 666 in the palm of our right hand or forehead. So Be IT. All too true, my friend. It's DEVOLUTION in action. I have been considering a move there - Languedoc or even just over the border in Spain. Yep, lovely country with crushing taxes. In the meantime, if you're part of the"diversity" you can probably get a free ride from the government but if you want to be independent they will CRUSH you! France used to be a great culture. Some of the greatest scientists and mathematicians were French. What has happened to it, it seems to be dead and gone already. |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 8950 United States 11/02/2012 04:03 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Santiation workers need to step up. Strike! Tell bloomberg to fuck off: Some New York City sanitation workers who have expressed a desire to work on Staten Island and in Queens neighborhoods hit hard by Hurricane Sandy are complaining to their union about being assigned instead to clean up after the New York City Marathon, the union president said on Friday. The workers have called their shop stewards to complain, according to the union president, Harry Nespoli, who heads Local 831 of the Uniformed Sanitationmen’s Association. The union represents the 6,200 workers at the Department of Sanitation. “Many of our workers have similar problems that these other people have,” Mr. Nespoli said, referring to the New Yorkers whose homes have been damaged or destroyed by the storm. “They have no lights, they have water in the basement, but they’re coming to work and doing their jobs.” “They just feel, ‘Why are they doing the marathon when they can be helping other people?’” he said. “They feel we should be focusing on this particular part of the cleanup and not the marathon.” Mr. Nespoli said he understood “it’s a tough call,” but he said that he, like the members of his union, believed that the residents of the Rockaways, Staten Island and other neighborhoods in distress deserved priority when it came to the use of city resources. “I know this administration is looking to show the public that they can perform,” he said. “The thing is, I’ve been out and the mayor’s been out there, too, and I see that people are hurting out there.” Mr. Nespoli said he expected that his union members, who have been working 12-hour shifts since the storm hit, to follow orders and carry out their assignments. |
