Breaking: NY Voting could extend Election Day -- as much as 20 days!!! [plus ? about DREAMS]

Everybody knows when the election is. You can vote early but people put it off. Fuck them. They know these storms coming in a week in advance.

Yeah but the loss you talk of is not as easy as that. Americans have been stricken by economic hardship. They are desperate and will be emotionally driven if their candidate to get into power. Something to make them look extremest or accept their fate has to happen to deal with the uprising that will be generated from that quarters.

well, i understand where you are coming from, mainly because i've been there before, but from my experience it just isn't gonna happen like that. people are not going to riot, or take up arms, or even protest. they may sign a petition but that's it. it's too easy for us to not be objective and instead be subjective. what's this mean. when we think about things we do so from our perspective. so when you say people will rise up because they are economically hurt, i'm thinking you are also. it will take a much more drastic situation before people will fight.

You fail to realise that America is being used to push the NWO agenda. One of the agenda is global warming fraud. Sandy storm was created to push that agenda. But that is not all. I don't think december 21 is going to be the nail in the coffin. The ones in control have already made many of us look like fools over the olympics, and when nothing happened it put alot of people back to sleep. The most major conspiracy is december 21 and if the ones in control make sure that day goes off uneventful many more people will fall back to sleep. Nobody will believe anything a conspiracy theorist says. Basically the boy who cried wolf story and we all know it ends with the wolf really coming and eating the boy. Wives, husbands and other family members will give these "crazy preppers" one more chance to start leading a normal life. Let's start eating this extra food we have stocked up and then 6 to 12 months later that is when devistation will come. On calling for a re-count:

If Obama calls for a re-count: it will be portrayed as though he is going to bat for the displaced voters disenfranchised of their opportunity to exercise their civic responsibilities

If Romney calls for a re-count: it will be portrayed as nothing more than being a sore loser - a crybaby for the policies of the right that have been "rejected".

I was also very skeptical about the 21 Dec 2012 stuff but after this Sandy stuff, somethings appear to be coming together. Remember Georgia Guide Stones? Well, even if the 2012 movie was a joke, the inscriptions on that stone arent.


Michio Kaku and even Obama hyped this storm. The storm was bad but wasn't as hyped. Some people will deem them as not knowing what they are doing.....but wait.! If you read my post about the Sandy stuff being engineered you cant but wonder about the perfect timing of the storm and how the storm even gave room for the elections to supposedly hold. Almost as if they created it and stopped it in time. What if they knew the big one was coming. Michio Kaku said that this is the storm you tell your grandkids about. Hmmmmm! That guy is not a fool. While the world is focused on the outcome of the US elections on Tuesday that linger till Thursday, dramatised by the MSM to be a very close election. Little will the world realise that they are being primed and are about to watch the BIG FREEZE that grinds everything to a halt in the US including the US elections and Obama will have to declare a state of emergency. ALBANY, N.Y. (CBSNewYork/AP) — New York state law allows for an extra day of voting if turnout is drastically suppressed because of a natural disaster like Superstorm Sandy. That could potentially postpone state, congressional and even presidential election results beyond Tuesday’s Election Day.

State Board of Elections spokesman John Conklin confirmed Friday that the law permits election commissioners to create a second day of voting if the turnout in any county is less than 25 percent of the total number of registered voters.

The commissioners, two Democrats and two Republicans, would make that decision after Election Day. Any second day would have to be scheduled within 20 days.

Something like this has never happened before, but due to the extraordinary circumstances currently hitting New York, it could.

then obama will stay in office seeming to have "stolen the election" and that is how the civil war begins.

because you can't have a civil war without getting the liberals somehow excited and pumped up more than just to vote and debate things in their smug "civical" manner.
they have to made made to fight. a romney win by a hair is the only thing that might get them off their asses.

Well let's see what the US Constiution has to say about this.

Congress “may determine the time of [choosing] the Electors, and the Day on which they shall give their Votes; which Day shall be the same throughout the United States.”

Pursuant to this Constitutional authority, Congress in turn has set Election Day by federal statute. This statute, 3 U.S.C. section 1, provides that: “The electors of President and Vice President shall be appointed, in each State, on the Tuesday next after the first Monday in November, in every fourth year....“ This year, that Tuesday is November 6.

The next section of this federal statute, 3 U.S.C. section 2, provides that: “Whenever any State has held an election for the purpose of choosing electors, and has failed to make a choice on the day prescribed by law, the electors may be appointed on a subsequent day in such a manner as the legislature of such State may direct.”

Under the terms of the Help America Vote Act (42 U.S.C. section 15482(c)), any extension of voting hours that occurs within 10 days of the scheduled election will necessitate the use of provisional ballots for all voters not already waiting at the polls at the normal closing time. We are already within the 10-day period that prohibits extending voting hours without requiring provisional ballots.

With Congress out on Holiday with 5 days to go I don't see them rolling in and changing or extending anything.


Congress has to make this decision. Not NEW YORK. New York has no constitutional powers to change the election date, period.
