Is it really possible to be cursed?

From the time I was born bad things have always seemed to happen to me far more than other people. After 32 years of just constant bad things going on consistently I am starting to wonder if being cursed is actually possible. I would consider myself spiritual but definitely not religious and definitely not a believer in the Judea-Christian god. My problems range from some pretty severe health problems to financial problems, family problems and anything else you can think of. For every one piece of good news I probably get 9 pieces of bad news and it just never lets up, ever. It also seems to affect people around me like my wife and my pets. I feel like a walking cloud of doom.

I am a pretty nice person, I'm a vegetarian, I don't even kill flies or bugs so what could be the cause of all of this? I am starting to wonder if I should go to a shaman or a psychic for some sort of blessing. I am not sure how much longer I can keep going like this. Just the odds of so many things happening to one person like this is some sort of statistical anomaly. What should I do?

also if i say something out loud or tell someone about a future planned event, the event will fall all to hell...

i have learned to keep my mouth shut...and use only thoughts....

Ask the countless people cursed every second of every day by their ignorance and faithlessness.

Try doing a house cleansing with sage, then salt your doorways and window sills. You can use an unhexing wash, it works pretty well. Yes, people can put jinxes on you, but more than likely, a negative energy has come into your home. The salt and the house cleansing will get rid of it. I was cursed, to my face by my grandfather's new Romanian girlfriend Rita, whose own child had died under mysterious circumstances at 18mths old of ingesting a full pint of bleach.

Fight back, curse the curse.

Focus on God, and recognize that the only thing a curse can do, is bring on your own karma - which you earned in the first place.

So on the one hand, you're burning up all your karma faster.

On the other hand... be a mirror.

Hold only to God, only to what is right, in the right way, at the right time. Let your life mirror back whatever evil comes your way. Don't try to destroy it directly - reflect it back to its source. Fight smart. Be a conduit. Let it return to whence it came.

And seek shelter in God.

And spit at fear. Fear is the mind killer. Remember from Dune?

If you expect bad things to happen, they will (and vice versa). The human brain is a powerful machine that allows you to survive in this world by learning through routines and patterns. Through these experiences, your subconscious develops your personality and "it" tells "you" how to feel about them. A person will continue to see things the way they do because that's what the brain believes is most natural. It's all just a bunch of memories of habits and addictions, both good and bad. This is called neuroplasticity.

So, what's the point?

Your perspective about how good\bad your life is will be based on how you choose to react to situations. An optimistic person will treat a bad experience as an isolated incident and continue accepting that they are "blessed". A pessimistic person will do the opposite - they treat negative experiences as part of a larger sequence and positive experiences as isolated incidents.

For example, if something good happens to a pessimistic person, they will expect something bad to follow because that's just how life works. They refuse to accept that shit just happens.

Hope that helps explain why you may think you're cursed. The next time "the curse" gets you, even in a small way, find something to appreciate about the situation. Stop seeing yourself as a victim. Making that change is as difficult as breaking a bad habit but through repetition, you can slowly rewire your brain to be on your side.

I don't believe in curses, but one has to keep in mind that we humans only understand a very small fraction of solid, observable phenomenon, and we certainly don't understand many things we can't directly measure.

Some people have great lives, everything they do turns to gold and they seem to have nothing but good luck. And there are those who, despite their best efforts, have everything to turn out badly, even if they've done everything right. Numerous theories as to why that might be, bad luck, "jinxes", negative thoughts attracting negative energy, negative karma from a previous life, God's will...

Out of curiosity, why are you considering the possibility of being cursed of all things? Have you ever pissed some voodoo-type off or something?

I am sure some shaman or psychic would be more than happy to de-curse you, for a fee, of course. Probably a scam, but you never know. If you have some money to spare, it may be worth a try.

how do you curse your curse; i think you seen too many movies. being cursed isnt like being in a movie thats over in a couple hours. it's just having the worst stretch of Bad luck you have ever had, multiply that by 100, and then imagine it every day of your life, for years, and then the years turn into decades.

I know EXACTLY what it's like, and I'm telling you how to deal with it. Take it on. Acknowledge it, and tell it to fuck off. Witness it, and let it return to its source.

Yes this is possible. I believe there are negative, positive and neutral entities that have their own energies. When neutral entities are around we don't usually notice them in any way, they are harmless. Then there are positive entities, these will interact with us in some ways for our benefit and we will notice them usually. Then the negative entities, these will interact with us as well, and the results are usually harmful to us. These are often "dark or shadow entities" and their energy fields are low frequency. They feed off our energies to strengthen their own vital force to make them stronger. It is necessary to banish them and send them away. That is where salt and sage are helpful. If you find them creeping into your dreams, and you have nightmares, place a crystal in a small pouch and place it beneath your head. Keep a bowl of fresh clean sea salt water with a crystal beside your bed and change it every night before you go to bed. That way if they come into your proximity while you are sleeping they will be sent away. If you are suffering very much trouble with entities. Hang a sigil of protection above every doorway of your home. I have done this and found it successful. I use the sign of Enki, because he is my protector, and it sent away the negative spirits that were attacking me and my family. I find that if you have been suffering with this much of your life, you will find it is probably a blood line thing. Your mother or father will have been affected similarly, or a grandmother if you are unsuccessful finding anything out from a parent on this.
