Apparently some of the senior citizens in Orange and Dade County are having a tough time understanding the new electronic voting machines (put in to help keep from having another hanging chad mess) and are requiring extra help from poll workers, slowing down the process...

Orange and Dade counties are predominently democrat and are under democratic control, democrats demanded the electronic voting machines, yet this is the RNC's fault for some reason...
