I don't trust her that well and sometimes I say things that imply she would or has cheated on me and then she threatens to leave me but so far 100% of the time over the dozens of times she never leaves (even how convincing she tries to be). Part of me wants to stay in this relationship and part of me does not. I don't know what to do. :(

If shes threatening to leave but doesnt then she does really love you, she just wants you to show her how much you love her. Sounds salvagable to me but only if this is right for you both.
